Exceptional, consistent patient experiences Accountability through performance metrics A team-driven approach to patient care and business success Position Overview We are seeking a Patient Care Advocate who will take ownership of the patient journey while driving treatment acceptance and schedule performance. This is not a traditional front desk role•this position plays a key role in both patient satisfaction and the financial success of the practice. You will help patients understand their treatment, coordinate care, and ensure an optimized, productive schedule. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for patients Deliver a welcoming, professional, and efficient front office experience Build trust and long-term patient relationships Treatment PlanningCase Acceptance Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Educate patients on recommended care and its value Discuss financial options and assist with payment arrangements Guide patients toward timely acceptance of treatment SchedulingProduction Management Manage and optimize the daily schedule Maintain a 95%+ schedule fill rate Strategically schedule procedures to meet production goals Reduce cancellations and open chair time Follow-UpRevenue Capture Follow up on unscheduled treatment Maintain and manage treatment pending reports Ensure all diagnosed treatment is tracked and addressed Performance Expectations (KPIs)

98%+ Daily Production Goals Met or Exceeded Reduction in unscheduled treatment Qualifications 2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence discussing treatment and financial arrangements Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities Experience with dental software (Denticon, Open Dental, or similar preferred) What It's Like to Work Here Patient-Centered Culture We prioritize trust, communication, and personalized care in every interaction.
