This is not a traditional front desk role•this position plays a key role in both patient satisfaction and the financial success of the practice. You will help patients understand their treatment, coordinate care, and ensure an optimized, productive schedule. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for patients Deliver a welcoming, professional, and efficient front office experience Build trust and long-term patient relationships Treatment PlanningCase Acceptance Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Educate patients on recommended care and its value Discuss financial options and assist with payment arrangements Guide patients toward timely acceptance of treatment SchedulingProduction Management Manage and optimize the daily schedule Maintain a 95%+ schedule fill rate Strategically schedule procedures to meet production goals Reduce cancellations and open chair time Follow-UpRevenue Capture Follow up on unscheduled treatment Maintain and manage treatment pending reports Ensure all diagnosed treatment is tracked and addressed Performance Expectations (KPIs)
