$60,000- $70,000 per year Job Summary Stallion Restoration is hiring a Lead Intake Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage incoming service requests, qualify leads, and coordinate scheduling for field teams.
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and CRM-generated leads
- Qualify leads based on service type, urgency, and insurance/payment route
- Enter accurate job and client data into CRM systems Dispatching & Scheduling
- Schedule inspections and jobs for Project Managers and field technicians
- Coordinate with Public Adjusters, plumbers, and third-party vendors
- Optimize schedules to reduce drive time and improve efficiency CRM & Pipeline Management
- Update lead statuses and maintain workflow accuracy
- Track communication logs, notes, and job progression
- Ensure no leads fall through the cracks Client Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients
- Set expectations for inspections, services, and timelines
- Maintain professional, clear communication at all times Performance Expectations (Daily Metrics)
- Number of new leads received
- Inspections scheduled
- Jobs converted (signed)
- Unreached leads
- Follow-ups pending Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in dispatching, scheduling, call center, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, etc. Preferred)
- High attention to detail Preferred Experience
- Restoration industry (water, mold, fire)
- Construction or home services
- Insurance claims or working with adjusters
- Coordinating field teams or technicians
Pay:
$60,000.00- $70,000.
