Patient Access Supervisor (Onsite - Port St. Joe, FL)

As a Patient Access Supervisor , you'll play a critical role at the frontline of the patient journey—leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring every patient starts their care experience the right way. This is a high-visibility, onsite leadership role supporting three facilities at Rutherford Regional Hospital. What You'll Do You'll lead daily operations while driving both team performance and patient experience . Team Leadership & Operations Lead, coach, and develop Patient Access staff Provide real-time guidance, feedback, and performance support Assist with staff evaluations and ongoing development Manage staffing schedules to optimize coverage and productivity Patient Experience & Service Ensure a high-quality, patient-first registration experience Resolve patient concerns quickly and professionally Maintain a strong customer service culture across your team Revenue Cycle Accuracy Oversee registration accuracy, including: Insurance verification Eligibility and benefits review Ensure proper use of systems and tools Process Improvement & Compliance Monitor quality and compliance (HIPAA, JCAHO, regulatory standards) Track and report performance metrics Identify gaps and drive process improvements Partner cross-functionally with clinical and administrative teams Operational Strategy Act as a liaison across departments Support leadership with insights and recommendations Help implement operational best practices across sites What You Bring 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of Patient Access / Registration workflows Proven ability to: Lead teams and drive accountability Improve processes and quality outcomes Communicate effectively across departments What Makes This Role Stand Out ✅ High-impact role across multiple facilities ✅ Blend of operations, leadership, and strategy ✅ Opportunity to directly influence patient experience + revenue integrity ✅ Work with a company leading healthcare transformation

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,738.00 - $66,107.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
