Job Description

Overview Manages patient account inquiries and resolves billing discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely account handling. Assists patients in understanding financial responsibilities and insurance coverage. Coordinates with healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify benefits. Guides patients through payment plans and financial assistance programs. Communicates billing policies clearly and monitors account status to follow up on outstanding balances. Supports the implementation of service improvements and compliance initiatives to enhance patient account management. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in patient financial counseling or medical billing.
  • Knowledge of insurance coverage, benefits, and payment plans.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience resolving billing discrepancies and managing account inquiries.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in patient financial counseling or medical billing. Knowledge of insurance coverage, benefits, and payment plans. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience resolving billing discrepancies and managing account inquiries. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards.
