Job Description

Join Our Dental Team! We are a modern, patient-focused private family-owned dental practice in Tampa seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to treatment completion. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, positive environment, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling efficiently Verify insurance and explain benefits to patients Present treatment plans and assist with financial arrangements Follow up on unscheduled treatment and recall appointments Manage patient communications (calls, texts, emails) Maintain accurate patient records in practice management software Coordinate daily schedule to maximize productivity Qualifications Previous dental front office or patient coordinator experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills.
