We specialize in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, longevity, aesthetics, and integrative care through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Position Summary The Medical Office Administrator plays a critical role in clinic operations by supporting front-office workflow, patient coordination, prescription processing, and administrative compliance. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and understands that strong administrative execution drives patient outcomes and retention. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients while maintaining a professional and welcoming clinic environment Schedule and manage appointments to optimize provider flow and patient experience Monitor clinic flow and communicate delays or updates to patients Prepare and dispense patient medications per provider instructions Review provider notes to accurately prepare prescriptions and patient instructions Submit and transmit prescriptions using EMR systems Assist with patient calls, follow-ups, and care coordination Prepare provider charts, lab requests, and visit documentation Collect payments, invoice services/products, and reconcile daily transactions Maintain office and medication inventory levels Complete front desk and DEA audits and maintain required logs Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient documentation What We're Looking For Experience in a medical office, clinical front desk, or patient coordination role Strong attention to detail and comfort working with EMR systems Knowledge of medical terminology and prescription workflows Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Team-oriented, reliable, and compliance-focused Why Join AgeRejuvenation Work in a growing, innovative medical wellness organization Be part of a collaborative, patient-centered clinical team Opportunity for growth within clinical operations and patient care
