No Medical Support Specialist -BH Responsibilities:
The Medical Support Specialist provides support for medical providers by obtaining vitals, assisting with treatment planning, assisting with patient assistance program applications, completing outcomes, patient messages and authorizations. The Medical Support Specialist conducts face to face visits with patients and receives medical and mental health records. This role may be responsible for screening the patient for TMS, obtaining prior authorization for treatment, providing daily treatments for TMS patients and all appropriate documentation and coordination of services for the TMS program. The Medical Support Specialist will work closely with the medical provider assessing patients for TMS services to coordinating services.Requirements:
BLS (Basic Life Support) High School or Equivalent FL Driver's License Preferred - Associate's inHealthcare/Psychology Required Experience:
