Bilingual Office Coordinator

Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Coordinator to support their operations. The primary responsibilities include collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients, aiming to provide a seamless experience for all patients. Key Responsibilities Collect payments Scheduling Greeting Patients Qualifications 12+ months of front desk experience Physician office experience preferred EMR experience, Athena preferred Experience with referrals and authorizations Skills Bilingual proficiency in Spanish Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience with electronic medical records (Athena) Additional Requirements Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm schedule Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
