PATIENT CARE & TREATMENT COORDINATOR
North Atlanta Area | Full-Time We are seeking an exceptional Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator to join a growing, patient-centered dental practice. This position is ideal for a personable and proactive professional who enjoys building relationships with patients, helping them move forward with treatment, and contributing to the growth of a practice. Key Responsibilities Patient Communication & Scheduling Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly Schedule new and existing patient appointments Confirm appointments and maintain an efficient schedule Respond to patient questions via phone, text, and email Treatment Coordination Present treatment plans and financial options Review insurance estimates and patient portions Collect payments and coordinate financial arrangements Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment Help patients understand the value of recommended care Insurance Coordination Verify insurance benefits Obtain pre-authorizations when necessary Communicate with insurance carriers regarding patient benefits and treatment coverage Patient Retention & Practice Growth Manage recall and reactivation systems Follow up with overdue patients Request and manage online reviews Help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience preferred Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills Experience discussing finances and insurance with patients Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Open Dental experience preferred Spanish-speaking is a plus Compensation $24-$30 per hour, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off and additional benefits available To apply, please email your resume and a brief introduction to:
