Patient Services Representative/Call Center Shifts range from 9 am to 7 pm $16.00 SKILLS
AND KNOWLEDGE
Exceptional Customer Service Attention to detail Experience & knowledge of prior authorization process Medical terminology Good organization skills Self motivation Inbound & outbound calls 1 year experince healthcare Insurance verification, benefits, Medicare/Medicaid CRM or case management platforms ( Salesforce Health Cloud, SuiteCRM) Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Temp assignment, may turn into a temp to hire - Must meet background and drug screen criteria Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00
