Job Description

Are you an organizational expert who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly? Qualified Staffing is seeking an Administrative Clerk for our client in Macon, Ga.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Full-Time (40 hours)
Pay:
$15/hours Available positions: 1 Assignment term: This is a 9-12 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Check patients in and out efficiently and professionally. Handle faxing, scanning, and maintaining organized records. Answer and direct phone calls with excellent communication skills. Enter data and process documents and records. Provide general administrative support. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries. Verify insurance coverage and eligibility. Schedule appointments. Assist in other counties within the district as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality of information. Deliver excellent customer service. Support response efforts during public health emergencies.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite One year of general office or administrative experience in a healthcare setting. Experience with scheduling appointments Experience with insurance verification.
