Full Benefits Responsibilities:

Your primary goal is to coordinate the central intake / admissions process and support census growth. You will work closely with our external marketing and admission liaisons. Provide clients (prospective residents, their families and referral sources) with facility and program specific information. Responsible for the clinical review of patient information. Must be able to review incoming referrals for acceptance Evaluate and assess potential patients for clinical appropriateness and placements into one of our family of centers Help to ensure proper admission documentation at the building level. Participate in the facility specific sales and marketing team events and plans as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN AN ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR, DIRECTOR OR MARKETING POSITION IN A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY OR REHAB CENTER IS A MUST.

Associates degree or higher is preferred Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and Point Click Care (PCC) Working knowledge of federal & state regulations and reimbursement (Managed Care, Medicare, and HMOs) Working knowledge of medications, diagnosis, with a clinical backround and the ability to review medical patient information
