We care for a lot of families, kids, and expecting moms, helping them live healthier lives naturally through the 5 Essentials of MaxLiving. Our practice is a high-volume, fast-paced office, so we need someone who can stay organized, focused, and upbeat even in a busy environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet and guide patients with warmth and professionalism

• including lots of children and families.

Coordinate care by managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups. Communicate our health mission and patient care systems clearly. Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records. Participate in community outreach events and in-office workshops. Support patients through their care journey with education, accountability, and inspiration. Apply if

A self-motivated go-getter with strong follow-through. Organized, dependable, and punctual (always early, never late). Passionate about health and wellness, especially family care. Comfortable with computers (Excel, Google Drive, Canva a plus). Willing to grow personally and professionally

Experienced in customer service or admin roles (preferred but not required). Able to work in a busy, high-energy environment without getting flustered. Required Availability (Non-Negotiable):

Mon:

7:20am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-6:45pm

Tues:

9:30am-3:00pm

Wed:

7:20am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-7:45pm

Thurs:

2:00pm-6:45pm

Fri:

7:20am-1:00pm

Workshops:

1-2 evenings/month until approx. 8:00pm

Travel:

Occasional weekend travel for growth & training seminars (Approx. 4x/yr) This Is NOT for You if: You need constant supervision or micromanagement.
