TBD Base pay rate: $23.68 to $26.05 In this job, you will: The Laboratory Assistant Senior performs tasks to support the laboratory technical staff in specimen procurement, specimen processing, and some basic lab testing. Trains new personnel, prepares work schedules, oversees daily workflow, and ensures the site adheres to company policies and practices. Perform a vital part of patient care by ensuring laboratory specimens are adequately processed, prepared, routed, and stored. Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions. Work in a laboratory environment with biological hazards and PPE requirements. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control All you need is: High School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of two years of phlebotomy experience is required Leadership skills required Computer skills and medical terminology required Customer service experience required For hospital settings, additional requirements may apply and change without notice, including, but not limited to, criminal background checks, health clearance, and hospital compliance training. Successfully pass Company pre-employment drug test and periodic and random thereafter. Bonus points if you've got: 1
