Pacific Vascular Associates is a growing leader in vascular services. We provide in-person patient consultation and treatment for venous and arterial disease. We currently serve patients across the state of Hawaii including Oahu, the Big Island, and Maui.

Essential Functions:

Set up exam rooms, check-in patients, and prepare patients for their scheduled procedures. Assists Providers as needed. Obtain vital signs. Reports significant findings and pertinent patient observations to clinic physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or registered nurse. Perform clerical duties, which include answering phones, scheduling, verifying insurance, scanning/sending reports, referrals, etc. and obtaining prior authorizations. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

All the duties noted above. Primary point of contact at their assigned office.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification: Required Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent combination of licensure and experience:

Preferred Experience:

Medical Assistant:

2 years (Strongly recommended)
