WIC Support Staff Under the general supervision of the Program Director with guidance from the WIC Team Leader, performs varied office duties. Greets public, answers phones and interviewing participants to complete intake process. Enrolls program applicants to obtain demographic information and determine income eligibility and offer voter registration. Issues benefits to participants, explains proper use of eWIC card to participants, maintains appropriate records.
