You will have multiple team members around you, but you have your own cubicle that can be tailored to your style. You will have conversations with strangers who may be in pain and need help. You will wear a headset, take incoming calls, gather information accurately and quickly about patients, insurance and their situation. You will help match them with either a referred provider or the first available provider for their particular issue. Our patients are hurting, so you are understanding that they may not always be super pleasant, however, they are very grateful. You will work in a place that expects outstanding experiences; we do this by working hard to assume the best and being curious with all around us What We're Looking For Communication. You know how to communicate clearly and professionally. You know how important it is to listen, ask questions, and avoid interrupting. Customer Service. Experience working with a individuals with varying backgrounds to provide the necessary assistance and information. Calm. Ability to provide reassurance when patients are nervous. Why DMOS?
