Purpose The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of FCH. The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.
