We're looking for an organized, knowledgeable, and compassionate Dental Insurance & Financial Coordinator to become the insurance and financial expert for our growing practice. Your Mission Verify insurance eligibility and determine patient benefits Interpret PPO contracts and fee schedules Prepare accurate treatment estimates and financial arrangements Manage patient financial accounts, invoicing, payment plans, and collections Submit, track, and appeal insurance claims Manage insurance accounts receivable and aging Help patients confidently move forward with treatment Support a healthy revenue cycle while providing exceptional patient service Success in This Position Means Insurance claims are submitted accurately and promptly Patient estimates are dependable and easy to understand Insurance and patient A/R remain well managed Collections consistently exceed 98% of net production Patients feel informed, respected, and confident about their financial decisions Problems are identified early and solved proactively Experience We're Looking For Dental insurance verification and benefit determination PPO contracts and fee schedule interpretation Insurance claims submission, follow-up, and appeals Insurance and patient accounts receivable management Treatment estimates and financial arrangements Credentialing and provider enrollment Eaglesoft experience strongly preferred We're Looking For Someone Who Is Highly organized and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and compassionate An excellent communicator Comfortable discussing finances with confidence and empathy Analytical and solutions-oriented A true team player who willingly jumps in to help when patients or teammates need support While this role's primary responsibility is insurance and financial coordination, we're a collaborative office. Everyone helps answer phones, greet patients, check patients in and out, present treatment plans, collect payments, and support one another during busy times. If you take pride in accuracy, ownership, exceptional patient service, and helping patients receive the dentistry they need, we'd love to meet you.
