This role provides hands-on care while supporting client intake, caregiver coordination, and care quality.

Schedule :

Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pm

Pay Rate:

$21-23/hr

Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical in-home personal care Support client intake and onboarding Assist with caregiver scheduling and coverage Mentor caregivers and monitor care quality

Qualifications:

CNA License 2+ years caregiving experience Strong communication and organization skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license The Lead Caregiver / Intake Coordinator supports agency operations by delivering direct care and coordinating admissions, caregiver support, and documentation. This role ensures excellent client experiences and compliance with company policies.
