Austin Creek Dental is seeking an energetic, organized, and growth-minded Patient Connection Coordinator whose mission is to help patients stay connected to the care they need while helping new patients discover and choose our practice. This is more than a traditional front office position. You will play a key role in patient retention, practice growth, marketing support, and creating an exceptional patient experience. Your Mission Keep hygiene schedules 92%+ full Fill same-day openings and cancellations Help patients schedule and keep their recare appointments Reactivate overdue and unscheduled patients Coordinate new patient opportunities and help prospective patients become patients of record Support patient referrals, online reviews, and practice growth initiatives Assist with marketing projects, social media, website updates, and coordination with marketing partners Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first contact to long-term patient relationships You'll Also Greet patients and answer phones Schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists Present treatment plans and financial arrangements Collect payments and assist with financing options Coordinate new patient onboarding Help resolve patient concerns Participate in team meetings, morning huddles, and continuing education events Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive office culture We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing, and confident A strong communicator and relationship builder Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Proactive and solutions-focused Comfortable discussing treatment, scheduling, and finances Motivated by goals, accountability, and results Someone who takes ownership rather than waits for direction Dental experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic, and a commitment to exceptional patient care are most important.
