Know Your Team:
Portneuf Medical Center (PMC) is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's Level II Trauma Center and tertiary referral hospital, and is home to the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group, and Portneuf Air Rescue. PMC has a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, an adult intensive care unit, nationally recognized orthopedic services, a full suite of cardiac care, Center of Excellence recognized surgeons, imaging, primary and specialty care. Responsibilities To assist in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management to the employees, patients, and clients of the Medical Practice Program. Responsible for providing general clerical and basic clinical assistance to all members of the Medical Practice team to ensure the efficient and professional operation of the department.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. General filing, billing, and business office organization experience.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Previous hospital and/or clinic experience and knowledge of medical terminology. BLS certification.
