In this role, you will support the admissions process by providing exceptional administrative assistance, ensuring smooth patient intake, and maintaining accurate records. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment for patients and streamline office operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced medical setting while contributing to quality patient care. Responsibilities Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate Support the admissions team by managing appointment scheduling and patient records with precision Communicate effectively with patients, answering questions and providing guidance on required forms and procedures Maintain organized files and update electronic health records in compliance with privacy regulations Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow throughout the office Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing correspondence Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and positive energy at all times Experience Prior experience working in a healthcare environment is highly preferred Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately assist with patient information and documentation Strong background in medical administrative support, including scheduling and record management Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences!
