. If you are unable to work these hours, please do not apply Job Summary As our Front Office Coordinator , you'll play a key role in managing the flow of the clinic. From welcoming patients to handling scheduling and insurance verifications, you'll ensure that each person who walks through our doors feels restored, empowered, and uplifted . Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Schedule and confirm appointments using our electronic health records (EHR) system Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed Manage patient check-in/check-out and collect co-pays and payments Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously Maintain organized and accurate patient records Collaborate with therapists and other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of experience in a medical office or customer service (physical therapy preferred) Familiarity with insurance verification and EHR systems Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Positive attitude and a commitment to patient care Why Join Us?
