Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming calls. Register new patients and schedule appointments according to established office protocols. • Ensure cancellations are filled. Verify, update and enter patient information into the data system. Maintain and manage patient records. Insurance verification Treatment planning Check-in/Check out

Minimum Education and Experience:

This role will be located in our Geneva, IL location. High school or equivalent (Required). Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Possess a basic understanding of Dental Insurance, a plus Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis is a plus. 1-year Dental Office experience. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
