ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a thorough knowledge of our facility's admissions requirements, services and requirements. Plan, develop, organize, implement evaluate, and direct the facility's marketing programs to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices. Assist department directors in the development and use of marketing policies and procedures, and establish a rapport in and between departments so that each staff member can realize the importance of his/her role in our marketing and public relations program. Assist in the development, implementation and tracking of customer service satisfaction surveys. Interpret the facility's policies and procedures governing the release of information to employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, etc., as necessary. Maintain an adequate liaison with families, residents and community and civic leaders

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare setting required. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
