Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus. Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Positive attitude and a passion for patient care. Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
