The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service while managing the front desk operations of our medical facility. This role requires proficiency in various medical administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities Provide clerical support, including filing, typing, and data entry tasks. Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Communicate professionally with referring Providers to retrieve relevant clinicals. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries effectively. Support administrative functions within the office to enhance overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience Receptionist or in a similar medical office role is preferred. Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30 - 4:00 & Tuesday 9:30-5:00
