Patient Coordinator/Manager

Suburban Laser and Skin is a results-driven medspa specializing in advanced skincare, laser treatments, and aesthetic solutions. We believe in providing exceptional experiences and real results—and we're looking for someone who can reflect that from the very first call or visit.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact, both in person and over the phone, delivering a warm, welcoming, and professional experience. Consult with clients over the phone to understand their needs, explain services and products, and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments. Proactively reschedule and follow up with clients to maintain continuity of care. Recommend products and services tailored to client goals, with a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling . Manage client check-ins, check-outs, and ensure accurate appointment bookings using our system. Support day-to-day front desk operations and ensure a smooth, organized reception area.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and managing spa , preferably in a spa, salon, medspa, or wellness setting. Previous experience with skincare or cosmetic treatments or must have background on different medspa services and contra-indication of it. Strong sales or upsell background —you know how to identify client needs and present solutions confidently and authentically. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating booking software (experience with EPIC or similar is a plus). Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. Social media or marketing knowledge is a strong asset —bonus if you can help promote our brand and engage with clients online. Job Timings
