The Patient Services Representative is responsible for: Creating a patient-friendly environment Scheduling appointments in person or by telephone to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time Registering new patients Obtaining and verifying patient insurance information Collecting payment from patients per their insurance benefits, and reconciling money collected at the end of each shift worked

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Verbal and written communication skills Ability to make basic numerical calculations

Schedule:

Mondays:

8:00am to 5:00pm

Tuesdays:

10:00am to 7:30pm

Wednesdays:

8:00am to 1:00pm

Thursdays:

10:00am to 7:30pm

Fridays:

Off Saturdays:

Off Sundays:

8:00am to 12:00pm
