Hours are 8:30-5 pm when NOT working weekends, When working weekends hours are 7:30-5 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, Saturday 8-12 pm.
Weekend rotation:
Every other Saturday 8-12 pm

Typing Requirement:
30-35 wpm Minimum one year of Phone Room, healthcare or customer service experience Strong organizational and critical thinking skills What you will do: Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs duties and responsibilities within the scope of one service line or specialty. Responsibilities include obtaining and entering demographic information into the registration system, verifying insurance coverage, sending communications to RN staff as requested, and scheduling/canceling, rescheduling office visits.
