Job Description

Primary Care Physician - Elkhart, IN Mission-driven FQHC seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative outpatient team in Elkhart, Indiana .
Position Highlights:
Outpatient only Mon-Fri schedule, no weekends 14-16 patients per day Base salary up to $250,000 4 weeks
PTO + 11
holidays
CME:
5 days + $2,500 FTCA malpractice, full benefits, 403(b) match Student loan program eligible
Requirements:
BC/BE Family Medicine Indiana license and DEA Comfortable with women's health, including paps, annuals, implantable contraception, and minor procedures Join a team-focused organization providing exceptional care to a diverse community. #IND2
Pay:
$250,000.00 per year
