• Assist patients with questions regarding their healthcare coverage and financial responsibilities.
• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting patients and managing clerical tasks.
• Optimize workflow procedures and maintain accurate records in computer systems.
• Support clinical trial operations by managing documentation and labeling processes.
• Ensure adherence to protocols for patient access and registration.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient satisfaction and service delivery.
• Address ad hoc financial inquiries and provide solutions to patient concerns.
