Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks a Primary Care physician to practice team-based care in our progressive, southside family medicine clinic in Lafayette, IN (Home of Purdue University).

Employment Opportunity Details:

Full-time (4 days per week schedule) Collegial team environment with participation in process improvement 100% outpatient Onsite procedure suites and lab Traditional family medicine practice: chronic disease management, wellness, for all ages of patients Shared phone call only: approximately 1:25 for FM 1:12 IM Excellent base salary plus incentive opportunities and sign on bonus Comprehensive benefit profile including relocation bonus

Qualifications:

US BE/BC
