What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be: Team and service oriented, with a heart for collaboration and patient care Agreeable and sincere, putting patients and families at ease with warmth and professionalism Methodical and accurate, ensuring efficiency and precision in clinical tasks Patient and calm, even in fast-paced or stressful situations Thorough and self-disciplined, consistently following best practices and maintaining high standards of care Responsibilities Greet patients with kindness and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming experience Accurately record patient histories, vitals, and information in the EMR system Assist providers in examinations, procedures, and treatments Perform tasks such as injections, specimen collection, and EKGs with care and precision Electronically register patients including checking insurance eligibility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Support smooth clinic flow with attention to detail and efficiency Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Commitment to patient-centered service and teamwork Why Join Us?
