The Registration Clerk is responsible for accurately collecting patient information and ensuring a smooth check-in process. You would ensure accurate patient registration, verify required information, and support a welcoming check-in experience. This role reports to the
SUPERVISOR OF UHR PATIENT ACCOUNTS.
Essential & valuable skills gained (in this unit or in this department): Patient registration accuracy, data verification, and attention to detail Customer service, communication skills, and front-desk workflow coordination
Essential Job Duties:
Register patients accurately by collecting, verifying, and entering demographic and insurance information Greet and assist patients professionally while providing clear directions and answers to questions Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care
