Patient Service Representative About us Busby Eye Care, LLC is a fast growing patient and staff focused optometry office. Busby Eye care is Westfield's premier eye care practice and we are a busy, growing office that strives to provide the best customer service to every patient we see. We are currently in search of full or part time patient service representatives. What are we looking for? We're seeking a candidate who is upbeat, ambitious, outgoing and is passionate about working with people. On the job training is provided. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Answering phones Scheduling appointments Patient chart prep Confirming appointments Scanning documents Pulling insurance authorizations Patient referrals Processing patient intake forms Monitoring incoming faxes and emails Ordering contact lenses Dispensing eye glasses Collecting patient payments Completing nightly reports Preparing monthly meeting reports Prepping patients for doctors Think we could be a match?
