Program Director (RN) - Outpatient Wound Care Clinic Westfield, IN We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Program Director for an outpatient wound care clinic. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, managing staff, and driving overall program performance, with occasional clinical support as needed. Why This Role Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) No weekends or holidays Direct hire, salaried position $75,000 - $95,000/year (based on experience) Bonus potential based on clinic financial performance and quality metrics Stable outpatient setting with strong work-life balance Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the outpatient wound care clinic Lead and manage clinic staff, workflow, and performance Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards Monitor clinic performance including patient volume, outcomes, and financial metrics Support revenue cycle processes (scheduling, documentation, billing coordination) Build and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources Drive program growth through outreach and referral development Provide RN clinical support or leadership coverage as needed Qualifications Active RN license required 3+ years of healthcare or clinical operations experience 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience Wound care or outpatient clinic experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field Experience with clinic operations, revenue cycle, or performance improvement Ideal Candidate Nurse leader who enjoys both operations and team leadership Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting Strong communicator with a focus on patient care and program growth

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
