Patient Account Representative

We're excited to welcome a friendly, dependable Patient Account Representative to our Business Office team. You'll play a meaningful part in creating a positive experience for patients and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities:

Register patients in a timely and accurate manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism Verify and update patient and insurance information Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office support Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to patients, staff, and visitors Complete other duties as assigned to support the department as needed

Qualifications:
