Job Description
Position Summary Work where residents come first and nurses are supported. Locally owned nursing home seeking dedicated RNs for night shift. Competitive pay, BCBS benefits, and consistent scheduling Essential Duties Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in health status Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting Accurately document care and treatments in the medical record system (EMAR/EHR) Communicate effectively with CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations Support and supervise nursing assistants as needed during the shift Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home environment preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts (including nights if applicable) Commitment to professional, compassionate resident care Benefits Competitive pay with shift differential (nights/weekends if applicable) Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance Paid time off and available benefits package Stable employment with a locally family-owned organization Supportive leadership team and consistent scheduling About Us We are a locally family-owned nursing home group committed to serving our community with integrity and compassion.
