A highly respected chiropractic and rehabilitation center in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Bilingual Medical Office Assistant to join their welcoming and supportive team. Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (includes a 1.5-2-hour midday break)

Pay Rate:

$14 - $15 per hour, depending on experience

Daily Tasks:

Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records Process payments and verify insurance coverage Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk and office environment Assist the chiropractor with basic patient care when needed Deliver excellent customer service that reflects the clinic's commitment to wellness

What We're Looking For:
