Join Our Team We are a wellness-focused chiropractic and rehabilitation practice seeking an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Patient Care and Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. Our office combines conservative chiropractic care with active rehabilitation to help patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. We have built a strong reputation in our community and are proud to have long-term team members who are passionate about helping others. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable healthcare experience while learning and growing in a patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Assist patients with prescribed rehabilitation exercises Educate and encourage patients throughout their treatment plans Assist with therapies and treatment modalities Escort and room patients Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinic Maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment areas Support the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care Create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Outgoing, friendly, and positive Passionate about helping people improve their health and quality of life A strong communicator who enjoys working with patients Reliable, punctual, and professional Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively A team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the day Ability to demonstrate exercises and proper movement techniques Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and actively assist patients with exercises Ability to work in a physically active clinical setting Qualifications Preferred Previous chiropractic assistant experience Experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, athletic training, personal training, or wellness setting Basic understanding of anatomy, exercise, movement, or the human body Interest in pursuing a healthcare-related career Not Required We are willing to train the right person. Formal healthcare education is not required. We value attitude, professionalism, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people more than previous experience alone.
