Redi-Med Psychiatry Mandeville, LA Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Looking for a Friendly People Person! Do people naturally open up to you? Do you enjoy talking with others, making them feel welcome, and creating a positive experience? Redi-Med Psychiatry is looking for a warm, outgoing, and compassionate team member to help support patients receiving treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. No healthcare experience is required. We will provide all necessary training, including certification through NeuroStar® TMS therapy. This position is perfect for someone with experience in: Restaurants and hospitality Hosting and customer service Hair salons and spas Retail Reception and front desk positions Any role where making people feel comfortable is important What You'll Do Greet patients and help them feel comfortable Spend time talking with patients during treatment sessions Help create a calm, welcoming environment Learn how to operate specialized treatment equipment through company-provided training Enter treatment information into our computer system Schedule appointments and assist with patient needs Communicate with providers regarding patient concerns Build positive relationships with patients who visit multiple times each week What We're Looking For Friendly and approachable personality Great communication skills Reliable and punctual Positive attitude Comfortable using a computer Enjoys working with people Professional appearance and demeanor Willingness to learn Why Patients Love This Position Many of our patients are struggling with depression, anxiety, or difficult life situations. Often, the person they interact with most is their TMS technician. A smile, a conversation, and a welcoming attitude can make a tremendous difference in someone's day.
