WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet and check in/out patients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries Collect and accurately record co-pays and balances Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations Create insurance claims and bills with accuracy Maintain organized patient records in AdvancedMD Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly Handle all confidential patient information in full HIPAA compliance Coordinate referrals to specialists and other providers as needed Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and at the standard our patients expect

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical or wellness front office — required Polished communicator — confident in person, on the phone, and in writing Natural multitasker who stays calm and sharp when the pace picks up Accountable and reliable — you own your role without being managed Quick learner who absorbs new systems and workflows with ease AdvancedMD EMR experience strongly preferred Insurance billing and claims experience a plus Spanish-speaking a plus
