You'll partner directly with executive leaders, nursing leadership, operational stakeholders, and project teams to redesign workflows, improve workforce efficiency, strengthen clinical operations, and ensure successful adoption of solutions that support smarter staffing and patient care decisions. What You'll Do In this highly visible client-facing role, you will: Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders. Lead clinical transformation initiatives that improve workforce management, staffing efficiency, caregiver utilization, and patient outcomes. Guide customers and internal project teams through current-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis activities. Identify organizational change impacts and develop strategies that support successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle. Own and manage customer value measurement plans, ensuring organizations achieve the business and clinical outcomes expected from their investment. Partner with engagement and project management teams to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are successfully achieved. Facilitate executive and stakeholder meetings focused on clinical alignment, operational transformation, technology adoption, and value realization. Drive discussions that align organizational goals with workforce optimization strategies and measurable outcomes. Cultivate long-term customer relationships that support successful implementations and sustained operational improvements. Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
