Our focus is on delivering compassionate, comprehensive pediatric care in a welcoming setting. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical office procedures, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth clinic operations. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using medical scheduling software. Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and personal data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries related to appointments, billing, or medical questions with clarity and professionalism. Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and office policies. Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including collecting co-pays and providing necessary forms or instructions. Support medical staff by preparing patient charts and ensuring all necessary documentation is available for appointments.
