Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotech Description In addition to performing the GSR duties and responsibilities, the lead GSR will: be responsible for training all new GSRs assign floors to GSRs daily assist other GSRs with diet questions monitor and evaluate work flow of GSR#s daily ensure that all patient meals requests are taken in a timely manner communicate any pertinent patient information to GSRs ensure that all specialty menus are communicated and distributed to patients ensure that all consumption boards are completed daily

REQUIREMENTS

# High school graduate; minimum of five years of GSR experience; ability to read, write, and speak English; must be technology savvy;#prior healthcare food service experience is desirable
