Patient Care Advocate / Medical Receptionist Plymouth Pediatric Associates -

The Role:
As a Patient Care Advocate / Medical Receptionist , you are the face of our practice. You will be responsible for ensuring our patients and their families have a seamless, professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Welcome:
Greet families warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
Administrative Management:
Register patients, verify insurance eligibility, and schedule future appointments utilizing a well recognized EHR.
Patient Advocacy:
Assist with all administrative aspects of the patient visit to ensure a smooth flow.
Problem Solving:
Navigate complex patient situations with maturity, empathy, and professionalism.

We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented team player who can balance a fast-paced environment with a calm, welcoming demeanor.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
Strong Tech Skills:
Computer savvy and quick to learn electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling systems.
Emotional Intelligence:
The maturity and professionalism required to handle sensitive or complex patient scenarios.
A Collaboration Mindset:
A true team-player attitude where no task is too small to help a colleague. Previous experience in medical reception or customer service is a major plus!
