Job Description:
General Statement Provides flexible, responsive and high quality customer service to applicants, staff and faculty, by email/Teams Messaging and by telephone in answering questions related to general college information, and the enrollment process. Download applications, health information forms and inquiries from the website and print to ImageNow in respective queues. Scan all paper documents into the document imaging system. Supervision Received Reports to Dean of Enrollment / Registrar Supervision Exercised Part-time "03" employees and Work Study students as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Download new applications, international applications, health information forms and inquiries in from the website and print to ImageNow in corresponding queue. Scan/Print documents to ImageNow. Process Change of Majors for applicants as requested. Process documents received through Parchment and Exavault and print to ImageNow. Primary Processing of emails received at process@qcc.mass.edu. Manage Processing Queues in Image Now Process incoming mail. Add Inquiries as necessary Input student inquiry information to Student Information System. Enter specified information by data entry into the Student Information System. Actively support the teaching and learning process: practicing honesty and integrity in and out of the classroom; striving to create and support a student-centered environment while fostering academic innovation and excellence. Work actively with other areas of the college to ensure a spirit of college wide collaboration, collegiality, civility, and teamwork. Respect the function of dissent in an academic institution while advancing a collegial atmosphere of campus collaboration. Embrace the ideals of diversity and inclusiveness and supporting the equal rights of all people by advancing the understanding and appreciation of differences including age, race, gender, ability, religious convictions, socio-economic status, ethnic heritage, or sexual orientation. Provide flexible, responsive and high quality service to all, be they students, community, or staff, and continuously assessing processes and procedures and revising accordingly. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. General clerical experience in an office setting or successful completion of a business or secretarial program beyond the high school level. Customer service and public relations experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and ability to process accurately. Skill in utilizing office machines, including personal computers. Ability to maintain accurate records. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher. Experience in higher education. Knowledge of processing and admitting students into college. Knowledge of FAFSA and financial aid process. Knowledge of computerized student information systems.

Application Instructions:
Entry Level Bi-weekly salary $1,932.56 ($50,246.56 annually) pay grade 13; (An appointment from outside the bargaining unit (AFSCME) must start at Step I of the range. Certified Police Officers are subject to higher starting compensation. Complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance, free dental insurance, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid sick, vacation and personal leave, educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents, and excellent retirement benefits. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, within the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Some evening or weekend availability will be required.
