Job Description

Our integrative psychiatry clinic is looking for a full-time Patient Care & Operations Support team member to join our growing practice. We are led by a board-certified psychiatrist and offer innovative, neuroscience-based and integrative approaches to mental health care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in medicine, mental health, neuroscience, nutrition, public health, or healthcare administration who would like broad exposure to both patient care and clinic operations before graduate training or a long-term career in healthcare. Our Ideal Candidate Warm, professional, and patient-centered Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Interested in integrative medicine, nutrition, mental health, or neuroscience Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms Adaptable and excited to take on new projects Able to balance patient-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes work Responsibilities Patient Care Support Responding to patient phone calls, emails, and portal messages for administrative matters Providing administrative follow-up and patient support Coordinating with laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers as needed Supplement Store & Integrative Medicine Support This role offers the opportunity to learn more about integrative medicine, nutrition, and wellness while supporting resources that help patients implement treatment recommendations.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting our online Shopify supplement store Coordinating supplement inventory and ordering Assisting with patient supplement orders Helping develop patient educational materials and resources Clinic Operations & Projects As a growing clinic, we are continually developing new systems and initiatives to improve patient care and clinic operations. This role offers the opportunity to participate in projects that support both individual patient care and the practice's overall efficiency.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting software integrations and automation projects (no coding required) Assisting with onboarding and offboarding workflows Helping improve clinic systems and workflows Supporting data tracking and quality improvement projects Assisting with clinic communications and educational materials Helping create AI-assisted systems that support individualized and efficient patient care Supporting special projects as the clinic grows Depending on clinic needs, one week may be focused primarily on patient communication and scheduling, while another may involve supporting a new workflow, helping organize supplement resources, improving patient tracking systems, or assisting with a clinic growth initiative. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or current/recent graduate preferred Experience in healthcare, customer service, research, administration, nutrition, or related fields is helpful but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Comfortable learning new technology and software platforms Compensation Compensation will depend on education, experience, and relevant healthcare or administrative background.
